Leads the end-to-end member-experience transformation of Avion Rewards — directing two PMs and their 11-person cross-functional teams delivering across Personal Banking, Small Business, and Commercial. Found that most members earn passively despite full digital access, and is rebuilding the experience around visible, personalized value.
Getting everyday Canadians from decision to funded
Owned the funding and purchase experience for RBC's self-serve investing platform. Ran a lean experimentation program that lifted pre-authorized contribution setup from 17% to 55.4% across two low-cost releases — ~$9M in incremental contribution volume for ~$50K in build.
Strategy that survives contact with delivery
Built 3–5 year strategies for future-state operating models across Canada, the UK, and Malaysia — turning people, process, technology, and data gaps into phased, horizon-based roadmaps.
Before that, five years across RBC — Core Banking portfolio strategy, the T&O Transformation Office, and RBC's inaugural Amplify innovation program — starting from risk & security audits at AO Partners in Lagos.
